This girl has been busting ass for months! She never misses her 2x weekly club runs. When it snowed, rained, and freezing cold, she was still there. She put her mind to it and worked hard.... very hard! She never gave up not even when they canceled the Indi Mini earlier this year.

Brittany Thouvenin completed her first mini today! 13.1 miles!!

Bird Dog one of my favorite exercises to use and share with clients. Give it a try.
Start with this 👇🏻

Want to improve your core strength and hit your glutes at once?⁣ ⁣ The top is the hot mess bird dog I see ALL the time. The bottom is how you can fix them using a paper plate, towel, furniture mover or Valslide.⁣ ⁣ In the bottom video we can improve our bird dog by:⁣ ⁣ ✅ Contracting core muscles and keeping those ribs down toward hips.⁣ ⁣ ✅ Keep shoulders “active” by pushing away from the mat. Keep chin tucked behind chest.⁣ ⁣ ✅ As you push back the towel or Valslide in a controlled manner, be sure to keep hips square to the floor.⁣ ⁣ ✅ Once the leg is fully extended, lift the foot and hover for a count of five.⁣ ⁣ ✅ Lower, return to start position and repeat for 8 reps per side for 2-3 rounds.
