H&L Fitness is a personal/small group training gym located in Lafayette Louisiana. Our clients recei During non class times private training can be booked.

H&L Fitness offers private training as well as small group training. There are classes at 5am, 6am, 8am, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm on weekdays and at 8am on Saturdays. Classes are about an hour long and consist of warm ups, exciting/fun/heart rate jumping workouts, and followed by a cool down.
