The purpose of this page is to announce events and results, as well as raise awareness and interest towards the Cajun Buddy Barrel Pick-up.
Cajun Buddy Barrel Pick-up is a rodeo event consisting of a 2 person team, one person riding a horse and the other standing on top of a barrel on the far end of the rodeo arena. The "rider" must direct his/her horse across the rodeo arena and circle the barrel, while the "jumper" attempts to jump astride onto the horse's back and then both exit the rodeo arena. This is a timed event, with the fastest time winning the event.
