I will post an emotional meltdown about leaving downtown another day….. 25 years is a long time to be downtown. But I am feeling this move is going to be so good for us ❤️🙏🥰

✨ Meet Morgan ✨

Please join us in welcoming Morgan, the newest yoga instructor at Dimension 7!

Morgan brings a lifelong love of movement with a background in athletics, weightlifting, running, human biology, and animal medicine, but through every season of life, she has found herself coming back to one place again and again: yoga.

Through her own personal practice, especially during some of life’s darkest moments, and through the guidance of Tina’s yoga teaching class, Morgan has developed a deep love for yoga and the way it can meet people exactly where they are.

She believes yoga is a gift that should be accessible to everyone and she is so excited to share that gift with the Dimension 7 community!

You can catch Morgan on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Lunch Break Yoga, along with other yoga sessions throughout the week!

Come as you are. Show up as your true and honest self. And leave open to what just one class can do for you. ✨
