Swim Team and Swim Lessons year Round! We are a year round swim team located in Lafayette, La for swimmers ages 4-18. We have swimmers of all ages and abilities.
We also have a swim lessons program year round. We have swimmers ages 18 months to up to adults. Our swim lessons program is Swim America a national swim lessons organization set up by the American Swim Coaches Association. Call today for more info!

What a great first session of swim lessons! 🌟
We are so proud of all of our swimmers and the hard work they put in over the last two weeks. From first floats and bubbles to building confidence and learning new water safety skills, every child made amazing progress!
A huge congratulations to all of our station graduates and advancing swimmers—we loved celebrating your accomplishments! 🎉🏊♀️🏊♂️
Session 2 begins Monday the 15th, and we'd love to have you join us. Give your child the gift of confidence, water safety, and a skill that could one day save a life.

Day 3 of our COLA Senior Training Trip started with some beach dryland and team building in and out of the water. We then had a strong pool workout followed by a team dinner at LuLu's!

Day 2 of our Senior Group Training trip brought beach dry land workouts, pool practices, motivational talks with Dr. B, team meals, a dance off and s'mores!

We had an awesome Water Safety Awareness Day today! Huge thanks to all of our friends and local businesses and organizations that came out to help make this day a success and help us Spread Water Safety Awareness in our community!

We kicked off our water safety weekend with our first Water Safety Splash and Dash! Some fun team racing to kick off our weekend!

Water Safety Day is this tomorrow at the Robicheaux Center from 10:30-12:30. There will be lots of fun for the whole family and everything is free for the whole family. We will have Canes, hotdogs, snowballs, popcorn, and donuts. We also have games and prizes from Barczyk Chiropractic, State Farm, Iron Man, Louisiana Department of Health, Iota Ta Sigma and Mazie's Mission. We even have a photo op with a baby alligator with Atchafalaya Swamp Base. We hope to see you there! Spread the Word and we hope to see you tomorrow!

Congratulations to COLA Swimmers Hunter Fudge and Dominick Paternostro who were recognized at the Lafayette Parish School Board meeting tonight for being State Champions. Dominick was the LHSAA Division II State Champion in the 200 Free and Hunter was the Division I State Champion in the 500 free. Congratulations Boys!!!!!
