We’re thrilled to welcome Chealsea Hayes to the Truth Fitness Family. With a heart dedicated to embracing the transforming power of God, Chealsea embodies our gym’s vision of holistic wellness. A devoted mother of four, married for 11 years, and originally from Denver, CO, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our women-only group fitness classes.
Chealsea isn’t just a fitness enthusiast; she’s a track star with a track record! Having sprinted for The University of Alabama and coached by being a USA Track & Field tier 1 certified coach, she’s got the drive to motivate and the skills to guide. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Addiction Counseling, and a Life Coaching certification, her passion for counseling and life coaching truly sets her apart.
Her profound belief in health being wealth—physically, mentally, and spiritually—makes her the perfect fit for our faith-based community. Chealsea nurtures her God-given gifts to uplift, equip, and empower others on their transformative journeys. We’re beyond excited to have her join us as we collectively strive for holistic growth and flourishing.
