Something I've learned from coaching ambitious moms is that we're so focused on what's next that we barely stop to acknowledge what we've already accomplished.
We hit a goal...and immediately move to the finish line without so much as a pat on the back.
We make progress...and tell ourselves it still wasn't enough.
We grow...and we stay focused on what more we need to improve on instead of seeing how much we've already grown.
That's why celebrating wins is something I inetentionally make space for in my coaching sessions.
Because momentum isn't built by recognizing the evidence that you're capable, making progress, and becoming HER.
Sometimes my clients come into a session feeling like they haven't done anything worth celebrating. And more often than not, I get the privelege of showing them all the ways they've grown that they couldnt see for themselves.
Things like the mindset shifts, the boundaries they've set, the confidence they're building, the actions they're FINALLY taking.
Those things deserve to be acknowledged.
As your coach, I'll challenge you when you need it but I'll also be the person who reminds you of your strengths, celebrates your wins, and helps you see the progress you're making along the way.
Because you deserve to feel proud of yourself throughout the journey, not only when you reach your destination.
If you're ready for support, encouragement, accountability, and a coach who will help you recognize your growth while moving towards your goals, book your complimentary discovery call with me. Just DM the word 'DISCOVERY'. I'd love to learn more about you and see how I can support. π

I'll cheers to that!π₯
Today I got the email that I've been waiting for; One that took me 5 years to receive.
5 yrs ago I started my biz as a side hustle.
4 yrs ago this month I left my corporate job to go all in.
And today I found out that the "materials" I submitted to the International Coaching Federation as part of the application process for my PCC credential were accepted! πΎ
I'm so proud of this & here's why:
What these "materials" that I submitted were was 2 recorded coaching sessions (with clients that agreed to be recorded) that are reviewed by the ICF to ensure that I'm adhering to the code of ethics and standards that they set for the industry) They invited me to take the final step in the process; the exam.
If you know anything about the coaching industry and the ICF's standards you know that earning this credential isn't easy. It feels so good to get to this point.
Here's some of what I had to do to get here:
-65+ hours of training /certifications to even apply for my first credential, my ACC, which I earned in 2023.
-800 hours of one on one coaching experience
-20 hours of mentor coaching (being coached by someone more advanced than me)
-passing a 100 exam test for my ACC that I'll now have to pass again to be officially awarded my PCC.
-Over $12k invested in coaching education
This is what dedication and consistent aligned action over time adds up to. This is what momentum and progress feel like (for me anyway) β¨
If you want to be coached by someone who doesn't just encourage you to invest in yourself but truly models what investing in yourself looks like, let's chat.
The whole reason I prioritize my education is so I can serve you to the best of my ability.
So, if you're thinking of bringing a coach into your life whether that's to help you balance it all or to help you grow in your business, I'm here to help. π

One of the ways I stay sane as a mom and entrepreneur is just by stepping outside for a few intentional minutes of mindfulness.
Breathing.
Looking around.
Being present.
And this day, I got to sit and admire this beautiful butterfly in my parsley.
Such a small moment but it grounded me, it brought me peace, reminded me on wonder, and shifted my nervous system in ways I needed.
These little intentional pauses are part of how I show up as the mom and business owner I want to be.In a way it's part of my "success strategy". π
Presence isn't wasted time. β¨π¦
As moms and business owners, we're constantly being pulled in a hundred different directions.
A ding on our phone.
A message from someone.
A load of laundry.
One more thing being added to the todo list.
And before we know it, we've spent the entire day around our priorities instead of actu7ally focusing on them.
Here's what I've been thinking about lately:
I hear from moms I work with all the time that they need more time but your goals don't actually need more time, they need more of your attention.
They need those moments where you stop multi tasking, stop rushing around, stop splitting yourself into a million pieces and just ask yourself:
What's the most important thing right now?
Because the like you're building, the business you're growing, the dreams you're busting your butt to make come true...they deserve more than the left over version of you.
Your goals and dreams deserve your presence.
They don't need you to work more hours or to be perfect.
They just need you to be willing to try and be willing to fully show up for what matters while you're doing it.
What would change if you gave your most important goal your full attention this week?β¨
Being an entrepreneur is having your hands full and still thinking of that next big idea that will inevitably add more to your plate...
Are you a creative thinker, big vision see-er, idea having entrepreneur like me?
It's super fun right? But it can also lead to overwhelm, lack of clarity, and burnout.
Because all those ideas can have you doing too many things at once and focusing on things you don't even need to focusing on right now.
Having a strategy and systems in place to help keep your creative genius in check is so necessary. ESPECIALLY, if you're a mompreneur like me.
Because balance is everything and for me. I want to be the best mom I can be AND I want to be a boss babe making an impact through the work I do in my business. And I believe you can have both: a thriving business AND a present parenting journey
But in order to have both, that strategy needs to be there and those systems need to be used...otherwise it's really easy to get lost in the hustle and feel really overwhelmed.
If you're ready to take your business life and mom life to the next level so that you can create more balance in your life and start achieving your goals (in a way that actually feels good) let's chat!

π4 years later and I'm still celebrating leaving corporate to start my own business.β¨
In 2022 I made the hardest and riskiest decision I've ever made...to quit my job so I could go full time in my own coaching business.
Now with 800 hours of experience coaching clients one on one...something that will never get old for me is seeing the moms and entrepreneurs I work with make courageous, aligned, life changing decisions for themselves too. π
Because ultimately the life we want for ourselves is built by the choices we make every day. And I help my clients look at those choices and learn to make better ones where changes are needed to align with their vision.
If this sounds like something you need help with, I'd love to help you get to a place where you're confident in your decisions and celebrating them instead of feeling stuck, unclear, or just completely sabotaging yourself as you work towards achieving your goals.
If you're serious about your dreams and want a certified coach to guide you through the season you're currently growing through...I'm here for you and would love to chat with you to find out if we're a good fit. π

Most people quit on their goals because somewhere along the way they start believing their stories...
The stories that say "I'm behind.", "I should be further along.", "Maybe I'm not cut out for this."
Today I decided to pop those stories. Literally. π
Do a mid year check in with yourself and release what isn't serving you anymore and recommitt to what matters.
You still have time. You're not behind. And your goals don't have to be executed perfectly...you can evaluate them and readjust and do what works for you in the season you're in now. Just keep showing up for yourself.
What's one fear, doubt, or limiting belief that you're ready to let go of?β¨
Need help overcoming the self doubt, fear, or limiting beliefs holding you back? I'm here for you. π

The season you're in won't last forever.
That's comforting during the hard moments... and bittersweet during the beautiful ones.π
This week, Owner of Collab Beauty Lounge, Taylor Marie Credeur and I talk about motherhood, entrepreneurship, changing priorities, and learning to honor the season you're in instead of comparing yourself to who you used to be.
Because different seasons require different versions of us.

One of the biggest lessons motherhood has taught me so far is that every season requires something different from us.
The version of you who built the business before kids wont be the same version leading it with a newborn, a toddler, kids in school, or grown kids. And thats okay.
In this episode of The Mompreneur Collective, I sit down with Taylor Marie Credeur Owner of Collab Beauty Lounge to talk about how motherhood has shaped her journey as a business owner. From making sacrifices so she can be more present, to building her dream salon, to preparing for a new season of growth that looks very different than the last.
If you've ever felt frustrated that you can't operate at the same pace you once did, this conversation is your reminer that you're not falling behind, you're adapting and you're carrying alot. π
Different seasons. Different priorities. Different versions of you.
And every one of them is worthy. β¨
