The Mavs fall 2-1 in the Semi this morning. We will finish T-3 in the GLWS. This group was special all summer competing in PBR, Bullpen, and PG events and carrying themselves to a high standard representing McCutcheon. Summer Mavs will no longer exist…but the Summer of 2026 ended it proudly.

The Mavs will play in the Gold bracket for a chance at the title of the GLWS. We enter as the 4 Seed with first pitch 10...

Per new IHSAA rules for 2027 the Summer Mavs will close a chapter in program history by wrapping up with one final tourney in our home town!

We invite all former Summer Mavs to the events this weekend and would LOVE to pack McCutcheon Thursday night under the lights.

Come cheer on these Mavs who close the book on the program for all those who came before them with a run in the Greater Lafayette World Series.

We spent the holiday weekend in Nashville competing in the Music City Freedom event. Went 3-1 losing to the eventual tourney champs in game 1 and missed bracket by 2 runs. Great weekend of competition and back it this week at the 17u ABC.

Fun first weekend in Louisville! Went 2-2 on the weekend and saw plenty of committed arms and bats to compete against all tourney. Fun to chat about the Mavericks with folks who know who we are at the events we attend. No doubt our team and staff represented our program well!
