Ball Tracking Drill.

Players start with a dot in hand — and the second they recognize where the serve is going, they toss it to that side. Sounds simple… but it’s all about reaction, focus, and tracking the ball early.

It’s a fun way to sharpen up your serve-receive skills .👏

This half-kneeling tennis ball drill helps athletes focus on proper arm path, shoulder rotation, and acceleration through contact.
