Race Weekend Recap:

We took BOTH 604 and 602 cars to East Alabama Motor Speedway with it being the last race of the season before the State Race to get everything dialed in!

602-
Hot Lapped 10th
Qualified on the pole (1st)
He went flag to flag to get a win in the labor day show down!

604-
Hot Lapped 5th
Qualified 6th
Finished the race 6th
However with this being the last race of the season this would complete the points racing which the #42 Jake Traylor Racing machine would win the points for the 604 division!

Unsure of what the next few weeks will hold for racing but we are dialed in and will have BOTH 602 & 604 cars at the Alabama State Race September 21st - 24th can’t wait to see everyone there!!!

We brought the 604 crate car to run in the 604 class but after evaluating the track conditions decided to throw his hat in the Limited Late Model Feature with hopes of just being able to hang with the limited cars-

After the 40 lap feature the #42 Jake Traylor Racing machine comes home 4th out of 17 limited late models with his 604 crate car in the Topless Outlaw Dirt Racing Series at Talladega Short Track
