STOP SAYING YOU'VE TRIED EVERYTHING.
No. You haven't.
If you're tired, overweight, inflamed, sleeping 4 hours a night, living on processed food, drinking half the water your body needs, sitting all day, and moving only when it's convenient... then you have not tried everything.
Your body doesn't just wake up one morning at 30, 40, 50, or 60 years old and decide to betray you.
Most of the time, it's the result of years of habits.
Habits that were learned.Habits that were normalized.Habits that were passed down.
Just like addiction can run through families, so can poor nutrition, inactivity, chronic stress, and the belief that feeling terrible is "just part of getting older."
At some point, somebody has to break the cycle.
And maybe that's you.
Before you tell me you've done everything, answer this:
Have you eaten intentionally for 14 straight days without quitting on yourself?
Have you hydrated properly for 14 straight days?
Have you moved your body every day for 14 straight days?
Have you gone 14 days without talking yourself out of your goals?
Not 14 perfect days.
14 consistent days.
Because the truth is, most people haven't.
They'll spend years looking for the magic pill, the magic supplement, the magic diet, the magic doctor, or the magic excuse before they'll commit to two weeks of consistency.
You cannot expect results from effort you never actually gave.
And no, your genetics are not responsible for every problem you're dealing with.
Could there be medical conditions that make things harder? Absolutely.
But harder is not impossible.
The majority of people aren't losing the battle because of bad genetics.
They're losing it because of repeated daily choices.
Nobody likes hearing that.
But sometimes the truth hurts.
The good news?
If your choices helped create the problem, your choices can help create the solution.
Start today.
Not Monday. Not next month. Not when life settles down.
Today.
