Slots have been filled for Lagrange area I have 3 1on 1 training slots in Columbus Ga area that are still available must be payment ready!!

1 on 1 in person training is now available for those that are interested… I will only be taking 5 in Lagrange and 4 in Columbus… serious inquiries only and must be payment ready… first come first serve training days we will meet are between Wednesday thru Saturday dm if you have questions Be U Fitness Inc.

I am still offering virtual training sessions as well!!

I’ve had some really hard days and today is one of my hardest today I announce the closing of my gym location Be U Fitness Inc. my last official day will be October 31st. No im not ok but it’s best … I will still offer virtual training but as far as in-person I will not be offering until further notice … no I’m not okay and no I don’t wanna talk… thank you to all that have supported me and have allowed me to assist them on there health and fitness journey I hope I made a positive impact on the lives God placed in my life… 🫶🏾😘❤️💪🏾

Tuesday 5:30am till 10am and 3pm till 7pm

Wednesday 5:30am to 10am and 3pm till 6pm

Cardio classes $85 per month (classes are every tuesday and Thursday 5:30am and 5pm only

4 week training $100 (meeting 2 days per week)

4 week $120 (meeting 3 days per week)

6 week $235 ( meeting 3 days per week)

(Meal plans are not included but can be added for additional fee)

Training times Monday and Tuesday 5:30am till 10am and 3pm till 7pm

Wednesday and Thursday 5:30am till 10am and 3pm till 6pm

All sessions are 1hr you choose what time you would like to come in for training and session days and times do not have to stay the same…
