Join us on a journey of reflections on mind body connections where we create a tranquil candle-lit space during the popular Yoga classes at Beekman Recreation.

We combine many styles such as slow flow with gentle vinyasa, while aligning body and breath in controlled movements. Standing poses will stabilize and seated stretches will soothe. We sprinkle in some QiGong movements with Self-Acupressure to help energy blocks. We end in Yoga nidra's sweet slumber to soft subtle music.
