Get ready to BOUNCE at LaGrange Fall Festival! Our inflatable bounce houses and games are coming to Freedom Park for an afternoon of high-energy Fall Festival fun! Climb, bounce, play and repeat as many times as those little legs can handle. And when everyone needs a bounce break? There’s an entire festival waiting to explore:

Other food and treats available for sale throughout the park including nuts and pretzels, fried dough with scouts up on the hill, Knights of Columbus’ famous clam chowder, scouts cotton candy, cookies, bakery items, farm produce, and more under the main pavilion!

What a GREAT day at our LaGrange Fall Senior Social!

More than 100 LaGrange seniors joined us at Freedom Park today for an afternoon of good food, great company and plenty of laughs!

We were prepared for a chilly fall afternoon but Mother Nature had other plans and treated more than 100 seniors to beautiful sunshine and a picture-perfect day in the park!

A huge THANK YOU to our wonderful sponsors, Dutchess County Sheriff Kirk Imperati and Landmark Grill, and everyone involved in making it happen.

The food from Landmark Grill was delicious, the raffle items compliments of LaGrange Parks & Rec were festive fun, but our favorite part was simply seeing so many familiar faces gathered together and enjoying the afternoon.

Thank you to everyone who joined us! Days like this are what community is all about. We hope to see you at our December social... registration opens 11/3/26 at 9am!

🌕 STRINGHAM PARK AFTER DARK! 🥾

This Saturday, September 26, the LaGrange Conservation Advisory Council is heading out for a moonlit walk around Keith’s Pond in Stringham Park and you’re invited to come along.

With the Harvest Moon overhead, we’ll slow things down, listen for the sounds of the park at night, and enjoy a fall evening outdoors from a completely different perspective.

🌙 7:30 PM — Meet at the flagpole
📍 Keith’s Pond at Stringham Park
🥾 Ages 10+

Bring a flashlight, dress for the weather, and don’t forget to register at www.lagrangeparksandrec.com!

Open to LaGrange residents and eligible non-residents ages 10+ from our bordering towns: Beekman, East Fishkill, Pleasant Valley, Poughkeepsie, Union Vale, and Wappinger. Proof of residency is required if not already supplied for 2026

PLEASE NOTE: Freedom Park will be closed Friday, 10/2, and Saturday, 10/3, for event prep for LaGrange Fall Festival on 10/4. Recreation office hours may be limited the week of 9/28-10/2 as staff will be at the park. We will post any adjusted hours on Facebook. 🍁
