Every 60 seconds someone in the US is assaulted, and every 100 seconds someone dies from armed conflict in the world. These numbers are alarming and only rising in the US. Be prepared wherever you go and avoid high risk situations. LEAVE if your gut says so! Pay attention and be aware when you go places by maintaining a relaxed level of alertness (this is not a state of paranoia but rather being aware of everything that is going on around you). Train hard and be willing to do whatever it takes to protect yourself and the lives of your loved ones! Anyways, very honored to have spent the past week out at Frontsight to continue chasing goals with the help of world class training!

My wife surprised me with a cameo birthday shoutout from IFBB pro, Guinness World Record-Holding Powerlifter, Coach, and YouTuber Greg Doucette! For those that don’t know him, be sure to follow him and check out his content. He’s one of the few people that is completely transparent and doesn’t spew bu****it. He keeps people honest. He tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. He’s actually right 99.4% of the time too! Yes he sounds like the parrot from Aladdin. Yes he’s not a doctor, lawyer, dietician, chef, astronaut, s*x therapist, or police officer BUT people think he is. He likes to call you a moron, and yell at you but it’s what you need. Remember, Train harder than last time everyone!
