Our Story

A bit of background on CA...From shaping boards in a north Laguna garage to being the first surf shop etablished at the tip of BAJA in the mid 80's. CA was the first to offer professional, licensed, certified surf instruction in Laguna Beach since 1991. The first to offer standup paddleboards lessons, rentals, repairs and custom sups in Laguna. Also the only full service; shaper owned & operated shop located in the heart of Laguna Beach. Located on the oceanside of PCH 50’ to the surf with FREE PARKING!
Being able to share what has been a lifelong passion is more of a lifestyle than a business and we hope you'll stop in and check of new & used surfboards, paddleboard & wetsuits. Local and international artists works on display and unique clothing, accessories from Quiksilver, Roxy and CA gear for all your ocean aventures.
