Knowledge is everywhere now. Power is not.
Power is discernment.

What you allow in shapes how you think, move, and live.

Most people follow the masses.
The problem is the M is silent.

Average thinking. Average habits. Average energy.

When it comes to food, this shows up fast.
New science. New trends. New confusion.

Here is a simpler filter that cuts through the noise.

Eat closer to your ancestors.
Not extreme. Not dogmatic. Just real.

Whole foods.
A daily rainbow of plants.
Fruits, vegetables, tubers, nuts, seeds.
Less processing. Less novelty. More nature.

Discipline is connection.
Clarity creates confidence.
And food is fuel for presence, not a battlefield.

Stillness in stillness. Stillness in movement & stillness in chaos.

First, there must be stillness in stillness.

Distracted, overwhelmed, and exhausted?

Be still.

Abandoned, rejected, or betrayed, hold still.

Stillness is the master of unrest.

Find the rhythm beneath the noise.

Feel the still point between the inhale and the exhale, between the exhale and the inhale.

Master the transition.

Find harmony in the mind, the body, the breath, and just fall into flow.

WHY WEAPONS

Training with weapons cultivates the ability to better protect yourself and others in the fog of war.

A weapon is an equalizer to larger, more skilled and often times multiple attackers.

This is the obvious.

The hidden is in the attributes gained.

If there is a secret to martial arts, it’s attribute development.

Timing, angles, distance, target acquisition, line familiarization, power and speed are all enhanced by training with weapons.

Everyone knows power comes from the ground/your legs, but the ability and skill to transfer that power is often the disconnect.

The legs are the power source, the waist is the steering wheel and the hands are floating clouds.

The waist/hips is what harmoniously bridges ground force into power output through the hands.
