Many people worry that conflict means something is wrong with their relationship.
In reality, disagreements are a normal part of any close relationship. The goal isn't to avoid conflict altogether- it's to learn how to navigate it in a way that fosters understanding, respect, and connection.
Healthy relationships aren't defined by the absence of conflict, but by how couples repair, communicate, and grow through it. 🤍

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you don't know what to expect.
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know your therapist, talk about what's bringing you in, discuss your goals, and ask any questions you may have.
There is no pressure to share everything at once. Therapy is a process, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. 🤍

Many people normalize being in survival mode for too long. Constant stress can affect sleep, concentration, emotions, relationships, and even the brain itself. Rest, boundaries, support systems, and therapy are not signs of weakness, they are ways we help the mind and body recover.🩵
