She says she’s fine.
And maybe she is.
But you also know your kid’s version of fine.
You know when she’s moving differently. When she suddenly avoids something she normally does without thinking. When “it’s nothing” sounds a little too rehearsed.
You do not need to diagnose her.
You just need to notice that something changed.
That’s information.
