For 20 years we have offered martial arts training self-defense classes, led my USA Taekwondo Champion Master Jimmy Graesser, in a fun yet structured environment. With more than 41 years of Martial Arts experience Master Graesser will motivate you to be the best you can be. For children, we emphasize a positive mental attitude, self-discipline, and goal setting. Parents typically enroll their children in our program to develop leadership skills, encourage physical activity, and to involve their kids in an activity that is both fun and challenging.
