l have just received word of more sad news. Larry Peterson passed away on August 24, 2026. Larry was a long time member of the Lansing Muzzle Loading Gun Club. He was well liked and very valuable to the club. His obituary is available here:

Instead of flowers please make a donation to the Shiawassee humane society in her name…. Thank you all. It’s been an awesome ride through life with her…all the ups and downs were worth every second….

Sadly the Lansing Muzzle Loading Gun Club lost another member. Last Monday evening Kim McKenzie passed away. She will be greatly missed.

This event is a fun filled weekend of competition beginning June 6th, and ends on June 7th. If you are interested in camping out, please call to reserve a spot. There is limited sites available in primitive and modern.
