These core exercises incorporate four 🔑 concepts: -Anti-Rotation: Keeping the body within one singular plane, motion, or direction. -Anti-Extension: Maintaining neutral spine position. -Anti-Lateral Flexion: Resist the flexing of the sides. -Rotation: Twisting of the trunk to one side while keeping the lower body stable. You don’t need to have any knowledge to play. Seeds are prepicked. They are $20.00 a ticket and there are 75 possible prizes. Very easy to play! All you have to do is scan your qr code on the back of your tickets.
