The tired that sleep won’t touch.

The tight chest.

The arms that ache.

Grief doesn’t just live in your heart.

It settles into your body too. And no one tells you that.

If you’re feeling all of this and wondering if something’s wrong with you, nothing is.

You’re grieving, and it’s showing up everywhere.

You don’t have to sit in it alone.

Comment CLUB and I’ll send you info on the Always Loved Club, a space full of moms who understand.

This episode is the story of my father and what was said on his deathbed that shocked the family who had never heard it before.

Grief doesn’t always look like crying.

Sometimes it looks like a man who never got on a plane again.

Sometimes it looks like resentment nobody understood.

Sometimes it looks like fear that got passed down through a whole family without anyone knowing where it started.

This is what happens when baby loss goes unspoken.

It doesn’t disappear.

It just goes underground.

It shows up in the things people avoid, the places they won’t go, the layers of pain they never named out loud.

Our parents didn’t have the words for this.

They weren’t given space to grieve their babies.

So they carried it alone, sometimes for the rest of their lives.

If you’re doing the work now to feel your grief instead of burying it, you’re breaking something.

You’re doing what they couldn’t.
