These are custom to the equipment you have access to. Plus, you get resources and a weekly checklist to help your overall health.
I am very transparent, so hereβs the price list. Itβs based on what you feel like you can realistically commit to each week.
Ideally, this is an 8-12 week program. You pay for it up front, and let me know when youβre ready for a new program. From there, I'll reevaluate and make a new program.

Hey guys!
Iβll be adding 1-2 clients for 1:1 training on Mondays and Wednesdays. This will be mid- to late-morning time slots!
1:1 training is customized to your needs!
I also have small group spots available for my 4:00-4:45 PM class. We meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
We focus on building muscle and strength while lowering body fat. Small group clients have a journal to keep track of their progress!

If you work out twice a week, thatβs 106 workouts.
Thatβs 106 opportunities to become stronger.
If you work out three times a week, thatβs 159 workouts.
Thatβs 159 opportunities to show up for your future self.
If you work out four times a week, thatβs 212 workouts.
Thatβs 212 opportunities to become healthier.
You donβt need 7 days of training a week. You need year-round consistency.
Right now, you have many opportunities in front of you. What are you going to do with it?

Hereβs one of the biggest reasons people fail at getting back into the gym for the New Year:
They go from 0 to 100.
When you go from nothing to trying to do it all, let's be real, itβs miserable. Your body hurts, and your energy crashes as you try to do it all.
A hard switch from extremely low physical intensity to high intensity is not a great idea.

Instead, hereβs a better game plan:
1.) Start with 25-30 minute strength training workouts twice a week (keep intensity low-moderate)
2.) Have rest and recovery days in between
3.) Add walking and stretching in between
4.) Stay hydrated
5.) Prioritize whole foods that you enjoy

Give yourself a few weeks to adjust and listen to your body.
As you start feeling better, you can add another strength-training day to your week and slowly increase intensity.
When getting back into the gym, the key to making it stick is to turn it into a lifelong routine.
