Zach arrived from Nichols University seeking additional work for the upcoming spring semester. We identified multiple areas that were not contracting and firing optimally, which jumpstarted specific muscle tissue, and then reviewed exercise stretches that facilitate optimal muscle contraction and firing for enhanced performance.

In our industry, the phrase "you have to go full range of motion" is frequently referenced. Here are some pictures of young kids with varying ranges predetermined by their bone structure and muscular system. It is essential to respect your individual range. Full range of motion is not determined by the distance the bar travels, but rather by individualized capabilities. Train intelligently and work within your bone structure.
