Dear Parents,

As we begin a busy season, we kindly ask that everyone follow the attached parking lot map to ensure safety and efficiency for all athletes, families, and staff.

Please be mindful of traffic flow, designated drop off and pick up zones. Your cooperation helps keep our parking lot safe and stress free. Most importantly, please drive slowly and always watch carefully for children in the parking lot. The safety of our athletes and families is our top priority.

We understand that patience can sometimes be tested during peak times, but we encourage everyone to approach drop off and pick up with grace and understanding. If you are in the pick up circle and your child is not ready when you reach the front, please continue around and circle back rather than waiting in line. This helps keep traffic moving for everyone. We also recommend arriving a few minutes after class ends for pick up so families dropping off for the next class can get through the line without delays.
