Legacy’s Theatre Company is bringing Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland to the stage on December 19 in Lake City! 🎭

Building a dive roll with Mrs. Amanda 💪🏼

Starting small - giving dancers a chance to understand the shape, timing, and technique of the skill before gradually adding more height and challenge.
As their confidence and control grow, so does the progression!

Our Acro instructors are Acrobatic Arts certified and use intentional progressions like these to help dancers build skills safely, confidently, and correctly.

Because the goal isn’t just to get the skill, it’s to build it well!
