This month marks 10 YEARS of training this beast! Honestly, I must be a trainer and a wizard—she hasn’t aged a day! The first time I trained Julie, she threw up and then confessed she cried. Talk about a glowing review! Since then, she’s medaled in countless 5ks and 10ks, and even tackled a half marathon.

She’s not just motivating; she’s like a stand-up comedian with a barbell. I thank God He blessed me with Julie to share sweat and laughs with. Here’s to another decade of pfitness, JuJu! Love you!
