One of our member athletes completed yet another 21k Spartan Beast race, this one at elevation in Big Bear! Congrats Tom!
With Lofi yoga music playing, and the slight scent of burning insense wafting through the air, the tone and the vibe was set. Libby took us through the perfect Mother’s Day Yoga session this morning. Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms.
