From a MADE UP fact that Snap Fitness LHC came up with it, 20% of members fall from weights not be racked or put away.
Don’t forget to rack and put away equipment after you are done using it. A clean gym is a safe gym!

You can’t reach the bar? Here’s a trick!
Before you start your set, lower the bar to your preferred height, then pin the weight at that height. That will help you reach the bar and not have to stand to grab it.
