This is what “getting stronger” is really about. ❤️

After Courtney was involved in a serious car accident with a commercial vehicle, she was left dealing with a knee injury that affected more than just exercise — it affected what she could comfortably and confidently do in everyday life.

Her goal wasn’t simply to lift heavier weights.

It was to move better. Feel capable again. Trust her knee again. And get back to doing the things she actually wants to do.

Through consistent, individualized training, Courtney has made tremendous progress. Her strength, function, movement and confidence have all continued to improve — and hearing her describe what she can do now is exactly why we love what we do.

There’s a big difference between training someone to perform an exercise and training someone so that life itself becomes easier.
