π¦π¦Shark Mind Set! π¦π¦
One of the best motivating speeches is the shark mind set by Walter Bond. What I love about it, is that it is not just about the shark but rather the sucker fish. By the sucker fish being around the shark, it became one.

To be a shark you must train with sharks!

Congrats to on her pro debut!
πͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺ
Though we didnβt get the win, there are so many things in your game that brought you forward!
π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯
It didnβt look like this was your debut pro fight, you looked like you were home, in the deep waters!
π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦
Your attitude and character is the shark mind that no matter the outcome you never stop moving forward.
There is so much more I can say but Iβll leave it at this, we are proud of you and support you!
Always moving forward!
Assult Bike Intervals!
15s as fast as possible
45s rest staying above 60 RPMs
π²π²π²π²π²π²π²π²π²
Airidine bikes are the best for intervals as there is no nob or buttons to push to increase speed or incline. The fan creates more resisance the faster you go!

Doing a 1:3 work to rest ratio will allow for maximum efforts, high on muscle demand, with low RPM during recovery. This will help buffer any waste produced by the muscle (lactate, carbon dioxide).
did 10-15 rounds of this interval training. Repeated max efforts for 10-15 rounds with will eventually cause an increase in blood lactic levels . The goal is to work just below lactate acid threshold levels (85% of MaxHR) to get this buffering effect without acid build-up, hence the 1:3 ratio.

Here at Shark Attack Athletics, we get it!
π«π«π«π«π«π«π«π«
You are broken down, tired, have no time in the day, and everything snowballs, leading to no progress.
π«π«π«π«π«π«π«π«π«
When you have days like that find a way to get better. Choose a better snack, choose stairs over elevator, choose to breath for a moment and set a goal for that day.
πππππππππ
No matter how small, never stop moving forward!
π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦
YOU GOT THIS!
πͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺ
Use this exercise after your dynamic warm-up for a full body activation or as a movement to push the weight on.
1/2 get ups is a progress to a full get ups
There is so much going on in this movement and should be utilized at least once or twice a week.
Warm up!
#1 Make sure to warm up!
#2 How do you plan your warm-up?
After some dynamic stretches or foam roll what do you do next? How do you prime your body for the demands about to be put on it?
What we do to ramp up our body are quick explosive movments. The exercises in the video is just one of ulimited possibilities. I like these two movments together as it is sharp, quick and technical. Hip and thoratic rotation for MMA, Muay Thai, and Boxing is a huge component of sports performance, therefore the cross over step is a great primer for technical days or any day where rotation is used.
