A HUGE congrats to senior Kilee Bradeen (Bradley, ME) and freshman Cameran Huyett (West Lawn, PA) for winning awards at the RISE Symposium ceremony last Friday! Cameran won an award for her Model NATO work, and Kilee won intern of the year for her work with the athletic department!
Way to represent the FHAMILY! So proud of all that our student athletes do in the classroom! 🙌

How lucky are we that our dual athlete .chapman7 gave us a bonus family in the softball team this spring! We loved watching you compete and are so grateful we got to cheer you on in person- congrats on a record-breaking run in the postseason!

The annual Valkyries Choice Awards are tonight and our very own captain, senior #33 Kilee is up for not 1️⃣, not 2️⃣, but 3️⃣ awards! A great way to cap off a stellar career in the purple and gold. Go Kilee! Team 9 and your FHAMILY is so proud of you to represent field hockey!

Ending April spotlighting one of our previous dedication games and organizations we are honored to support!

Did you know that April is National Donate Life Month?

There is a new person added to the transplant waiting list every 8-10 minutes, and currently there are 100,000 people on the national transplant waiting list. One organ donor can save the lives of up to 8 people, and a tissue donor can improve the lives of up to 75 people. Gift of Hope was an organization based in Illinois that we had a dedication game for in 2024 to honor Coach Valerie’s dad- who unexpectedly passed in December 2023, but was able to save the lives of multiple people through being an organ donor. The organization’s colors of purple and green were perfect for our game vs UMO where we swapped colors with ribbons and bracelets 💜💚
We’re so grateful to honor organizations we believe in at our home games, and are so excited for more dedication games this fall.
