HUGE shout out to dlhuss5 as Debbie came into class to this morning, I asked “are you ready to PR today?!”
She thought at this time she could not even match her PR from 2024.
This is her now increasing her PR by 5lbs!!!!! Great work today and others that PR’d today!!!
