2025 Lake Mills Boys Basketball Summer Camp. Camp will run from June 9-12 at Lake Mills Elementary School at the following times:
2nd-5th Grade- 1:00-2:30 PM
6th-8th Grade- 2:30-4:00 PM
After completing this registration a check for $50 (Made out to "Lake Mills Hoops") or cash, along with which camper it is for, should be sent to:

When: June 12-15
Time: Grades 3-5 at 1:00-2:30 PM
Grades 6-8 at 2:30-4:00 PM
Location: Lake Mills Elementary School
Cost: $50 which includes camp T-Shirt

2022-2023 Youth Basketball Club tryout information:

We will be holding tryouts for our traveling teams on the dates and times attached to this post.

All 7th and 8th grade players should attend and will play through the LMYBC.

We will sponsor 1 team each at the 5th and 6th grade level. All 5th and 6th grade players are welcome to try out for these teams. Anyone who is not selected for this year's teams, should sign up through the recreation department for the Bucky level BDL team. If you are in 5th and 6th grade and do not wish to try out for the Badger level LMYBC team, you do not need to attend, and can sign up through the rec department.

Players in 3rd and 4th grade can sign up for travel basketball through the rec department, and there will be no club tryouts.

If you cannot make it to the club tryouts for your grade level, contact Coach Hicklin ([email protected]) and we will figure out the best way for you to be evaluated. Any other questions you can check with Coach Hicklin as well.

Lake Mills Boys Basketball Summer Camp Information:

Dates: June 13-16
Location: LM Elementary School
Times: 1:00-2:30 (Players entering 3rd-5th grade)
2:30-4:00 (Players entering 6th-8th grade)
Cost: $50

Registration forms are being emailed out to LMYBC coaches to send on to their players. Complete registration and mail to Coach Hicklin at Lake Mills High School

Lake Mills Youth Basketball Club will be holding tryouts for the 2021-2022 season coming up in a few weeks. Tryouts will be at Lake Mills Elementary School on the following dates:

Tuesday, September 14
5th Grade: 4:00-4:45
6th Grade: 4:45-5:30
Wednesday, September 15
7th Grade: 4:00-4:45
8th Grade: 4:45-5:30

All 7th and 8th graders who want to participate in the travel team season should attend these tryouts. There will be no rec offering at this grade level.

5th and 6th grade players only need to tryout if they want to be on the more competitive Badger level team that will be placed in a higher division of the league we play in. The rec department will also be offering teams at these levels for players who do not wish to play at this level, and for players not placed on these teams after tryouts.

Each player will need to provide an email address for us to communicate tryout results to every player no matter what team he is placed on. Please bring a reversible jersey to wear for tryouts.
If you cannot attend the specific date for your grade level, email Coach Hicklin at [email protected] and let him know you will be coming to the other tryout date and let him know your actual grade.

All 3rd and 4th grade players should register for rec basketball this season.

As of now there are no masking requirements in place for the tryouts, but that could always change. We will announce any changes here.
