2 Thoughts Today:
1) Never compare your day one to someone else's day 60 or day 120 or day whatever!
2) It can always be YOUR day one!
I finished up an 8 week training program called 25 Minute Speed Train on BODi and I'm feeling pretty fantastic! But...it's never really the end!
This is a lifestyle choice! There's no beginning and no end, just the messy middle!

Spring always reminds me that growth doesn’t start with dramatic change — it starts with restoration.
After winter seasons (literal or personal), we don’t need to rush back into intensity. We need rhythms that rebuild us slowly and sustainably.
