fLipOut will resume at Lake Orion Friday, September 11th.

Friday 9+ Open Gym at Rochester resumes Friday, September 11th.

All Ages Open Gym resumes at both Locations Saturday, September 12th.

Hey fLipSpot Fam! As many of you know, we have a new gym management system. With that system we got a New App! Our new app FullOut comes with similar capabilities as past apps, but also includes new ones. Through the app you’ll be able receive notifications on your account and can even chat with our front desk staff with any questions. The app is available on both app stores.

Only two weeks left of our Summer Camps and spots are still open! Come join us and get in your final flips of Summer with us. Sign ups close the Friday before each week of camp for the following week, or late fees will apply.
