Our MIM team took a break from the gym for some paintball fun! Nothing like a little competition, teamwork, and a few paintball bruises to bring the crew closer together.

Grateful for this team and all the laughs along the way!

A big THANK YOU to all of our MIMbers who came out to our client presentation! ❤️💪 we learned all about menopause and osteoporosis!

We love seeing our MIM community show up, learn, ask questions, and continue investing in their health and strength. Your dedication is what makes MIM so special!

Thank you for being part of the MIM family!

Today we’re shining a spotlight on one of our great Strengthologists, Joseph! Joseph has now been taking clients at our Palm Desert location for one year! He has a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science from California State University, San Bernardino. Some of his interests outside the gym include American football, Star Wars, camping, and cooking. We are lucky to have him as part of the MIM team! Give Joseph a visit if you live near Palm Desert or travel there!

Technique Takeover is back! The Strengthologists at Muscles in Motion have created extra fun, challenging, and unique workouts for the whole month of October. There is no cost to participate but you must attend 2 sessions each week.

This time the theme is that each workout is highlighting an athletic event occurring in 2026: Seahawks Super Bowl win, Knicks become NBA champions, FIFA World Cup, and Kelsey Pfendler’s iconic rowing expedition.

Are you up for the challenge? Sign up now with your Strengthologist or at the front desk!
