Meet Kenzie Krieger, Pilates and yoga teacher with a background in nutrition, anatomy, and holistic wellness. Her relationship with Pilates began as a young girl, practicing classical mat Pilates alongside her mother. A lifelong athlete, Kenzie later discovered yoga as a teenager while navigating psoriatic arthritis, sparking her passion for understanding the body and finding movement that supports, not fights against it.
Kenzie’s Pilates teaching is rooted in biomechanics, thoughtful movement, and the belief that Pilates can be adapted to support every body. She enjoys helping clients build strength, mobility, stability, and body awareness while honoring their individual needs, abilities, and goals. Her specialties include prenatal and postnatal clients, pelvic floor health, injury prevention, nerve flossing, restorative movement, and accessible modifications.
Her goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to move with confidence, curiosity, and a deeper connection to their bodies.
