Why do internal games matter so much to us?

➡️ Because development doesn’t always happen best in a tournament setting.

Our Fall League gives our coaches the ability to teach, stop the game, create situations, challenge players, and immediately address decisions in a controlled environment. 📈

It allows our players to compete against their teammates while still being challenged—and, just as importantly, allows them to experience success within our own program.

We can create situations that force players to think. We can move players into different roles. We can challenge their baseball IQ. And when something happens in the game, our coaches can stop, teach it, and put the player right back into that situation.

🔥 That’s intentional development. 🔥

We believe internal competition can be just as valuable—if not more valuable—than constantly chasing the next tournament.
