Our students competed in Poomsae, Breaking, and Sparring at PNW Taekwondo Tournament.
Part 3: Sparring Competition
I am incredibly proud of how well everyone performed. Each student stepped onto the mat with confidence, focus, and determination, demonstrating the skills they have worked so hard to develop in training. Their strong technique, discipline, and perseverance were on full display throughout the competition.
Win or lose, what impressed me most was the effort, dedication, and positive attitude each student showed. You represented our school with excellence and sportsmanship. Great job, everyone! ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ

Congratulations, all!
Three intense days of Black Belt Testing have finally come to an end.
You pushed through physical exhaustion, mental pressure, pain, and self-doubt โ and you did not give up. That is the true spirit of a Black Belt.
But rememberโฆ earning a Black Belt is not the finish line.
It is the beginning of a much greater journey.
A Black Belt is not simply someone who can kick higher or move faster.
A true Black Belt is someone who continues to grow when nobody is watchingโฆ someone who chooses discipline over excuses, perseverance over comfort, and respect over pride.
There will be days when training feels difficult.
There will be moments when motivation fades.
But champions are not created by motivation alone โ they are built through consistency, heart, and the courage to continue even on hard days.
Taekwondo is more than a sport.
It is a lifelong path of strengthening the body, sharpening the mind, and building character strong enough to face life itself.
Never stop challenging yourself.
Never stop learning.
And never forget how strong you truly are.
I am proud of every one of you.
This Black Belt Testing may be over, but your journey has only just begun.

On the first day, all students successfully passed the written exam with excellent scores. We are incredibly proud of their hard work, focus, and dedication. Congratulations to everyone on a great start to this important journey!
