What CPT do you hold?
ACE & CPR/AED

What made you want to become a trainer?
I’ve been pretty active my whole life and I got degree in kinesiology, wanting to do something that didn’t require me to sit all day. I have always thought personal trainer was fun.

Favorite thing about training?
Becoming closer and building relationships with members.

Guilty pleasure food?
I love Mexican food especially tacos, could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course I love a spicy margarita with tajin on the rim!

What’s next for you?
I eventually want to get certified in nutrition since diet and exercise go hand in hand. Overall just learn more about our members and how I can improve their life inside and outside of camp!
