Looking to build your volleyball skills? Join our 4-Session Fundamentals Program designed for beginners and advanced athletes ages 8U–14U. Players will learn essential volleyball techniques and participate in scrimmages each session under the guidance of experienced 863 Elite coaches.

📅 **Dates:** July 19, July 26, August 2, & August 9
⏰ **Time:** 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Caroline Barczak brings energy, passion, and a relentless love for the game to every gym she steps into. A dedicated libero/defensive specialist since the age of 11, Caroline spent her playing career mastering the defensive side of the game and developing the grit, leadership, and competitive mindset that now define her coaching style.

After her playing career, she quickly found her calling on the sidelines, beginning her coaching journey with Rolling Thunder Volleyball Club in Illinois before continuing with Tennessee Performance Volleyball Club. Caroline is passionate about helping athletes unlock their full potential, both on and off the court. Known for her positive energy, attention to detail, and commitment to player development, she creates an environment where athletes are challenged to grow, compete with confidence, and fall in love with the game.

Whether she’s teaching defensive techniques, building team culture, or celebrating her athletes’ successes, Caroline is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of volleyball players and helping them achieve their goals. Her enthusiasm for the sport is contagious, and she strives to make a lasting impact on every athlete she coaches.
