JJWL 🥋 Heavyweight Champion 🥇.
I went up 5 weight classes to the 208 LB division weighing at a whopping 156 Lbs and thankfully it went my way. Shout to for killing it in his division. Just the 2 of us competing today but we got it done. Shout out to the team for all the work back and Happy Father's Day to all the Poppas out there!

strikes gold in Raymond James Stadium 🥇🥇!
Today we took our 6th consecutive team trophy by a landslide victory 🏆🥇 and took 5th place as a team overall. Congratulations to all of the students who competed. Some of you who fought 6 + matches back to back. I'm so proud of you guys for fighting so hard in the heat and leaving it all out there! I cannot thank you enough for representing Team Hamilton 🏆🙏 . Today was a huge day for the team. Watching you guys learn and make adjustments in real time was amazing.
Shoutout to the guys for running a smooth show and helping the team gain valuable experience. We grow the most on the battlefield.
Johnnie worked her first real job handing out medals and working the computer all day in the heat.
Side note: My soccer team won 4-0 🫣 as well.
Maybe I'm built for this coaching thing afterall.
