What an incredible day of strength, determination, and community at the World Association of Benchers and Deadlifters (WABDL) Florida State Powerlifting Championships! Athletes from across Florida and beyond brought their best to the platform, delivering impressive lifts, personal records, and championship-level performances.

The energy inside All American Gym was electric as lifters competed in Bench Press, Deadlift, Push Pull divisions, pushing themselves to new limits and representing the true spirit of powerlifting.

December 13, 2025, lifters took the platform at the APA Southern Regional Powerlifting Championship, and the level of competition did not disappoint. Athletes showcased exceptional strength, discipline, and sportsmanship across all divisions.

From first-time competitors to seasoned lifters, we saw:

• Impressive standings placements
• Championship-level performances
• Outstanding support from coaches, loaders, and officials

A huge congratulations to all lifters who stepped on the platform and represented with determination and professionalism. Your hard work, consistency, and dedication to the sport were on full display.
