Hmmmmmm.....still no restrooms down here at Lake Hollingsworth, and with cars parked all over the grass on the west side of the lake as well as a jam-packed full parking lot, it seems the issue has grown more pressing--and completely unattended to by our politicians. Let's see if we can resurrect the issue, as there now is a need for additional parking, as well as restrooms. Click LIKE if you'd be interested in helping us address the issue again.

Who to Vote for in today's city elections?
Howard Wiggs for Mayor: he has consistently worked to build consensus for bathrooms at Lake Hollingsworth. Gow Fields is decidedly against.
Also, for the Commisioner at Large seat Jim Malles, Michael Tamney and Ricky Shirah are all strong proponents for finding a solution for creating restroom facilities at Lake Hollingsworth!

For anyone worried about the city building bathrooms on residential property, that will not happen. The proposed location is between the boat ramp and the Yacht Club, in the open, on the swath of land already owned by the city. :)

This is what we're up against.....the opposition is mobilizing. Join us Monday night at the hearing. Your attendance is crucial to the movement. If you don't go, you may not be able to ever "go" decently at Lake Hollingsworth.
