And honestly… THIS is exactly what I want IMPACT to be. 🥊💗

More than just a workout. More than burning calories. It’s a place where you can walk through those doors having a hard day and leave feeling a little stronger physically AND mentally.

A place where we encourage each other, friendships are made, and you’re reminded that you’re capable of more than you think.

I wrote these words on the mirror because sometimes we all need the reminder. ❤️ Life gets hard. We get tired. We doubt ourselves. We feel like we’re not doing enough.

So last night, I didn’t even teach class… but when I walked in and saw “NEVER MISS A MONDAY” under our Quotable Sayings from Class board, I couldn’t help but laugh. 😂

I guess they really DO listen to me! 🥹😂

There’s something so special about seeing the things we talk about in class actually stick with you outside of those 60 minutes. ❤️

Today was EXACTLY what I envisioned when I created IMPACT. 🥹💕

After classes, we had the most fun potluck brunch with our girlies, good food, mimosas, permanent jewelry, a beautiful flower bar, SO much laughing, and just spending time together. 🌸🥂✨

But honestly, my favorite part wasn’t any of those things… it was looking around and seeing friendships being built. Seeing women who may have walked through these doors as strangers now laughing together, cheering each other on, and genuinely enjoying each other’s company. 🥹

This is what I always wanted IMPACT to be. Not just a place you come to work out, but a place where you feel welcomed, supported, loved, and like you belong.

We’re building something really special here. A community of strong women who lift each other up, celebrate each other, and have FUN together. 🩷💜🩵

And today was just another reminder that we’re creating exactly what I dreamed of.

I think for anyone, it can be hard to let go of control… anyone with me?! 😂😂

But as a business owner, there also comes this guilt and feeling like I have to do it all. I recently hired on a second instructor, and honestly, getting this picture last night made my heart SO happy. 🥹🩷

Seeing everyone having fun, laughing, taking a group picture, and forming friendships that I truly hope will last a lifetime reminded me that IMPACT is becoming so much more than just a gym.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll keep saying it we are building a loving, supportive community at IMPACT. A place where people feel welcomed, supported, encouraged, and like they belong.

And watching that happen, even when I’m not the one leading the class, is such a beautiful feeling. It reminds me that I don’t have to do it all for something to be successful. Sometimes, letting go a little is how you get to see the bigger picture. 🥹🩷

My heart is so full. I’m so proud of what we’re building together. 🥊✨

WHY IMPACT IS DIFFERENT 🩷🥊

Maybe you’re a mom who spends all day taking care of everyone else and can’t remember the last time you did something just for YOU.

Maybe you’re going through a hard season. You’re stressed. You’re grieving. You’re overwhelmed. Your mind won’t shut off, and you desperately need an hour where life doesn’t feel so heavy.

That’s where IMPACT is different.

Because for one hour, you get to escape reality. 🥊

You put on your gloves. You hit the bags. You move your body. You sweat. You laugh. You breathe.

And for that one hour, the bills, the stress, the endless to-do list, the heartbreak, the anxiety and everything weighing on your shoulders can take a back seat.

Kickboxing gives your mind somewhere else to go.

But the magic of IMPACT isn’t just the workout.

It’s the people. 🩷

When you walk through those doors, you don’t just become a member.
