On April 18th at 8:30 am, families across Polk County will come together for the Run & Plunge 5K — a morning of movement, community, and a mission that matters.
Because every child deserves to feel safe, confident, and strong in the water.
Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, you’re helping raise awareness for water safety and supporting a community that believes protecting kids around water is everyone's responsibility.

When comes into town, he knows where to come in for a training session and recovery, here at and .chill.duck Willie’s a center for the eagles but you wouldn’t know. A hard working, badass gentlemen. I look forward to seeing him grow and thrive as he deserves! Will see you next time you’re in town Willie, train hard!
