Pulled a customer limit and got a few for the first mate. More photos coming of a good day yesterday. Four pastors on the boat getting down with Western Basin gators.

Pastors AJ Lewis, Mitch Hathaway Sonny Hathaway (former D1 James Madison Center) and the Rev dodged rain but dialed in a small pocket of fish at the 33 line and worked them over hard for the win.

Working with the Anchors Away Fleet we shared information and attempted to get the Walleye biting a little faster, but it was slow all the way around. If you found two fish within five minutes, best advice was to turn around and dial them in. I felt like a NASCAR driver for sure.

10Th MTN DIV former DIV PSD (personal security detail) team joined their 10MTN 1BCT/ Brigade Chaplain today. Mike, Ken and Eric did some September gear draggin’ for Gators East of Kelley’s.

Slow and sometimes not that steady until we found a small pocket of Willing Hungry gators. The fish are coming back west, you’ll mark quite a few fish; find the ones that are up just to touch higher and as soon as you hit two or more fish in quick order, turn back around on that pod, that pod of is chopping!

We did box a nice 25”+ gator on a big BADMO Preacher

SHEEPSHEAD charter was a huge success!!
Well, we caught one beautiful Sheepshead.

Repeat customers John and Susie Eilerman brought a few friends and came back up to do a little Yellow Perch Fishing. They caught a nice little bunch of Yellow Perch and this one beautiful Sheepshead.

Another mediocre day for Lake Erie’s yellow gold. The first spot was pretty steady, but it got too rough and we could not stay there. Moving to Rattlesnake Island on southside we picked a few more but nothing like near D Can. Another big thanks to Firstmate/ Captain Shawn Litton for managing the Stern, always a blessing to have on the boat!

We have about eight more fishing trips before we start gunning Ducks with our customers starting OCTOBER 17.

Walleye are coming back west, the boat will stay in the water till November 1st.

With Preacher, it’s always “your turn!”

A big thank you to fellow Captain and Friend Captain Nate’s Guide Service for the opportunity to run his second boat for Lake Erie yellow gold.

It wasn’t fast, instead it was a learning experience, the crew members had a great day regardless. First Mate Shawn Litton fantastic job managing the stern!

Excellent day with an excellent family.

The Ben Simmons Family decided to do a little August trolling on ‘Preacher.’ it definitely was not a fast day but a slow pick however, the box of fish put together was phenomenal!. Even a couple catfish decided to join the operation.

We picked up on the 31 east line and headed on a northeast troll. Fish were marked up and suspended anywhere from 29 to 39 feet down in 46 foot of water.

Colorado #5 worm harnesses and double Willow worm harnesses did all the damage. It might be time to toss some cranks on and get that game rolling. Water temp is 74.2°.

Little Smallie and YP action with another ‘Preacher’. Pastor Jason C**n from Cincinnati brought another preacher and a few men from his church to do some Canuck Smallie chasin. It was a slow day, but we caught a few and added some yellow perch to the basket!
