100 classes for two of our favs!! 💙❤️

💯 KAITLYN — 100 CLASSES! 💯

Kaitlyn has absolutely flown to 100 classes! 👏 She’s often in with her sister or friends from the community and we always love having her in class. While she may be a little quieter, the gains are not!! She’s been making some awesome progress, and it’s been great seeing her continue to show up and put in the work even if she needs some extra encouragement from time to time :)

We’re so happy to celebrate this milestone with you, Kaitlyn! Here’s to the next 100! 💙

💯 DAMON — 100 CLASSES! 💯

My brother Damon just hit 100 classes, and honestly, it feels like he joined yesterday! When he first asked me how often he should come if he joined F45, I semi-sarcastically told him every day… and he took that advice quite literally. 💀💪

Since then, he’s made some seriously impressive progress, and now he’s taking on the F45 Challenge, too. GO RED TEAM! 🔴🔥

💗 THIS SATURDAY, WE WEAR PINK 💗

We would like to take this opportunity to share a story about one of our members affected by breast cancer. Kelli Strott.

Kelli has been part of F45 Green Mountain since day one, alongside her husband Jan. The two of them have been such a consistently bright part of our community!

In July, we learned of Kelli’s breast cancer diagnosis. Thankfully, it was caught early, and she’s now approaching her final treatment day next Tuesday.

When talking about her diagnosis, Kelli’s perspectives and thoughts are as Kelli as it gets. Honest about how hard it is, but still the same positive, strong presence we’ve always known. 💪❤️

I know I speak for so many of us when I say how much we love having Kelli and Jan in this community. Who else can keep my Chiefs Kingdom pride in check around the studio 😂💙🧡

Kelli’s story is one of many. Breast cancer affects so many people around the world. Behind every diagnosis is a person, a family, and a whole lot of people supporting and loving one another.

This Saturday, F45 is hosting our Battle Cancer Workout worldwide. We’re asking everyone taking class to wear pink in support of Kelli and anyone like her who is or has been affected by breast cancer. 💗

Another 4:30pm regular hitting a huge milestone! 🎉 Holly is always so kind and such a fun presence to have in class. She brings a great energy to the studio and is one of those people who makes the community better just by being part of it.

Our Monday/Wednesday 5:15am cardio queen has officially hit 300! 👑 Lynn has been showing up consistently since day one, and members like her are what make this community so special. She’s always encouraging, brings a fun energy to class, and makes those early mornings a little better for everyone around her.

What a week of amazing milestones, show these awesome peeps some love!!

💯 VANCE — 500 CLASSES! 💯

Vance just hit 500 classes, and this one means a little extra. He’s been a 5:15am regular from the very beginning, and over the years he’s become such a cornerstone of our community.

He’s also been an incredible partner through Denver Sports Med, helping take care of our members with chiropractic and PT needs. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s brought to our studio both professionally and personally.

We’re definitely sad to see him and his family head to Texas, but we’re so glad we got to celebrate this huge milestone with him before he left. We’re going to miss you, Vance! 💙

He’s a regular in our mid-day and afternoon classes, always super nice, easy to talk to, and constantly supportive of the people around him. He’s also one of the first to help us celebrate everyone else’s milestones, so it was pretty special getting to celebrate him this time.
